Helloooooooo. Sorry for the slowest reply ever XD.
Hmm techniques? I'm not sure really. With my digital work I just tend to keep working at it untill it looks right which means I end up trying lots of different techniques and, as a result, it keeps me learning new things. I always use photoshop nowadays and I tend to stick with the "Airbrush Pen Opacity Flow" brush which comes ready installed in photoshop. I also like messing around with the layer properties so like, swithching from normal to multipy and stuff like that.
